Parent Information Evening

This informal Parent Information Evening is the ideal opportunity for you to come along and learn more about the Australian Air League (AAL) and how your child can become involved.

The AAL offers children from the ages of 8 - 18 the opportunity to participate in STEM activities such as:

- Theory of Flight
- Engineering
- Gliding and Soaring
- Meteorology
- Building Model Aircraft
- and Flight Simulators

They also have the opportunity for PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT with:

- Leadership Training
- First Aid
- Camp Craft
- Ranks and Badge Achievements

Our Cadets also participate in COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES inlcuding:

- ANZAC Day March
- Community Service
- Aviation Expo

Currently we have cadets that are working on their AAL Aviation Diploma and the DUKE OF EDINBURGH Award.

During the evening you will be able to observe our cadets on parade during drill paractice, sit-in on education activities and talk with other parents and cadets. You are welcome to bring your child to the information and they can participate in all of the evenings activities.

This is the perfect time to start planning your TERM 4 activities.
